Vibrant Thinking brings together all aspects of my life: my psychology degree, nearly 20 years at Procter and Gamble where creating and delivering training and team building workshops was my favourite part of the job, and of course pottery painting.
Over the last six years, I have delivered team and business building sessions and workshops for a range of different organisations. I have also run sessions with Mindshare (as part of their wellbeing programme).
The answer is that you don’t need to see pottery painting as art or requiring artistic ability: it’s a vehicle for facilitating creative thinking to overcome challenges, with the added benefit of being a rewarding and absorbing activity for everyone. It’s an ideal way to relax your mind and energise your thinking.
My experience has taught me about understanding a range of corporate working environments. All too often team building away days are quickly forgotten when you are back in the office the next day.
Our workshops and the visual reminder of the pottery art produced to ensure that you can hang on to that inspiration, passion and commitment when you go back to work.
The activity of pottery painting sparks creativity in my thinking. It gives me a completely different approach to running my business.

I was incredibly proud of my results which boosted my confidence to tackle and overcome challenges.
I am passionate about taking pottery painting team building workshops to as many people as possible to facilitate creative thinking, strengthen business team environments and improve the mental wellbeing of all our participants.
